very clean frendly staff city touring
The room was big enough for 2 persons. The bathroom was very new and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Because we flew with Ryanair and found out that Frankfurt Hahn is a two hour drive from Frankfurts' centre we arrived at 3 o clock in the morning (Ryanair travellers take this into account!!!!) They received us with a warm welcome. Breakfast is fine and there is enough choice.
It was not hot during the time we were there, but I did not see an airco in our room. This might be something to think about in the summer
Clean room, decent breakfast, in the heart of downtown, 15-20 minutes from airport, nice staff, free parking on the road.
A little congested room (looks like very common in Europe).
small room, but nice locating. and very nice breakfest.
Good Breakfast. Reception desk was very helpful especially a lady named Katiya.
The bedsheets are not changed everyday. We stayed in a triple room. The room was too cramped for 3 ppl. There was absolutely no space to walk inside the room.
Nice location in the begining of street Zeil, 20 min by foot to the old city centre, nice man at the reception recommended us cosy german pub! Clean bathroom but the room is needed to change wallpaper!
I booked room for 3 persons, but it was double room with extra bed!!! At a reception the staff suggested just 1 more room for 50 euro extra! That was absurd!!! Tightly, we could't go! Rooms are too small for 2 persons!!!
The staff were very obliging. We had 24 hour access with no problems if required, and the breakfastwas fine. The hotel was within 20 mins walking distance of Frankfurt city centre.
I have booked the room for two nights, due to some other commitments I stayed only one night and did not receive any credit for the 2nd night not used.
Very nice room, clean, modern, classy. The washrooms are brand new and very clean. Staff is friendly, help you with directions around the city. The breakfast was also nice with delicious cake in the buffet.
The hotel was quite satisfactory after listening to reviews of other Frankfurt hotels within the same budget. The room was small, yet larger than the typical ones. Its a little far from the station, but accessible by tram or the subway.
The room is too small, and you have to call for fixing the bed or cleaning the room. The do not provide tissue in the room!
I was there early July, it was too hot and there was no A/C in the room, fan was not available. I could not sleep at that night and I have to move out next day!
Clean rooms and nice spot near to the Zoo, very close to the subway.
10 euros for internet access which is not so fast depending on which room you are staying.
Convenient quiet location, U-bahn over the corner, 2 stops to city center. Small but well equipped room, all new and clean, comfortable bed. Friendly staff, quality breakfest.
WiFi connection costs 10 EUR (though, there is free Inet access from computer in lobby).
We stayed at this hotel for 6 nights. The extreme advantage is its location, since its a 10 minute walk to Zeil (the beginning of the city shopping center). A good price to pay for that location. Some of the hotel staff (one in particular, an elder that was the first day there) is very kind. The others could use some lessons in hotel management...
Bring your own sheets and towels... We were traveling by motorbike and had no problem to find a parking place. But for those who choose to travel by car, the parking is very small... On the other hand parking is free on the right side of the street. Amazing that wifi is free only in the lobby and not in the rooms in our century... We did not have breakfast, but from what we saw 11,00 Euros for 2 persons for that breakfast is a huge exaggeration...
Proximity to city center, free parking on the right side of the street
I had to find by myself that the parkin is free on the right side of the street, as oposed to the left side which is reserved for residents. the receptionist tried to sell me the hotel parking for 10 euros/day.
The Zoo is in the neighbourhood, Main river is 2-3 streets away, and not too far, there is a shopping street where you can find sometimes street parties. The towers are also considerably near. If you prefer walking you can find connections to the tram, bus and subway. For extra payment, you can park your car at the hotel parking place, altough parking your car there is a bit tricky because there isn't too much space for turning.
The double rooms bed are bit narrow, I rather call it a single queen size bed. And also the whole room could be bigger.
